Dear Brookfield Homeowner:

Please be advised, Brookfield will be performing street repairs over the course of a month beginning on Friday, May 4th through June 1st. This will consist of repairs in various phases in order to cause the least disturbance possible to all homeowners.

Starting tomorrow, Friday, May 4th from the hours of 7am-4pm, there will be sacking placed in order to address the curb repairs. For the curb repairs to take place, we will need to make sure there is no parking along these streets and alleys during the course of the repairs in each phase immediately affected.

The work will consist of concrete curb and asphalt repairs in order for final cap of asphalt. We will plan to send updated emails with as the various other phases of the repairs take place. Please do not park in the alleys along these streets. We will have the areas marked with orange paint to signify where the work will be taking place.

The work performed will be observed by your dedicated Site Manager, Juan Bernal. Please plan accordingly in order for the repairs to be complete.

Please be advised, Brookfield will need to continue to have public access points closed with limited access at the following streets in order to permit for future phase utilities. Due to the harsh weather conditions work was delayed and will proceed into next week from Monday, April 16^th through Friday April 20^th. The street access will affect Heritage Lane, Cambridge Drive and Cottage Way. Edenglen Avenue will now be open and accessible but refrain from using Heritage Lane, Cambridge Drive and Cottage Way while work is taking place.
